Rely On Jesus

I look into my heart, and you are all I see

The mountains fall and Your Name will calm the sea

Your the greatest and enchanting love of all,

Oh the mighty name of Jesus I can call

The rive runs bring love & purity

Healing to the brokenhearted, filling every need

Forever in His presence, I’ll spend forever in love

Forever in the One that I adore.

There’s a void in my soul, that only Jesus can console

Why do I turn my back on You? Tell me why!

Empty

Empty: By Michaela Lee

Lord why does it seem that You are far away.

That You speak, but just not to me.

What have I done?

Why do I feel so empty inside?

Alone…are You really even there?

Yet I know Jesus You are the love of my life!

Yet I know Jesus I am the love of Your life, I just don’t feel You!

My desire is to know You, to love You, to server You, all the days of my life.

Why won’t you speak and take this emptiness away?

Lord You waited for me. Help me wait for You.

I know You are teaching me to sing in the desert

Dance in my sorrow

Rejoice in Your promises.

So I wait, because You are GOOD my sweet, sweet Jesus!!

An Autobiography in Five Short Paragraphs By Portia Nelson

An Autobiography in Five Short Paragraphs

By Portia Nelson

1. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost. I am helpless. It isn’t my fault. It takes forever to find a way out.

2. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I pretend I don’t see it. I fall in. I can’t believe I’m in the same place, but it isn’t my fault. It still takes a long time to get out.

3. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I see it is there. I still fall in. It’s a habit. My eyes are open. I know where I am. It is my fault. I get out immediately.

4. I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it.

5. I walk down a different street.

Come Away Alone With Me: By Michaela Lee

Mark 9:30 They left that place and passed through Galilee. Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were, 31 because he was teaching his disciples.

Are there times when you just want to get away all alone? Guilt sets in and you begin to feel selfish. Just this morning I was struggling with this exact situation. The Word said, “Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were.” Is your Beloved calling you away?

Verse 31 states “because He was teaching His disciples.” Thank You Lord, I am anticipating know “what will you teach me Lord!” If the Spirit of the Lord is calling you away, ask Him “what Lord do you want to teach me.”

Mark 9: 32 He said to them, "The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise."

The disciples had no way of understanding what Jesus meant.(32 But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it.) But He was preparing them for the greatest day of there lives. The day of Salvation! They were going to be forgiven of all sin, filled with the Holy Spirit! The Good News, that was going to be preached to all nations through them! They didn’t understand then but they soon would.

We may not always understand why, but we can be sure if we obey God will speak and tell us!

Jeremiah 33:3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

Isaiah 48:6B I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them.

Thank you Jesus, I LOVE YOU!!

You Are The Master's Work Of Art

You Are The Master's Work Of Art

Isaiah 64:8 Yet you, LORD, are our Father.
We are the clay, you are the potter;
we are all the work of your hand.

Ephesians 2:10For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

What makes us have worth? Lord God that you created us! Like a Michael Angelo painting has worth because of the painter. We have worth because of the One who created us. As to, the Potter, these lumps of clay are God's beautiful creations worth more than sliver, gold, diamonds or rubies. The price who can afford? Ah But Jesus, we have been purchased for a price, we could not pay, no man could pay. Freely You paid the price! Your life the Creator for Your created! You paid with Your life's blood Jesus! May we never forget who we are and how much we cost!

Do We Judge or Do We Love?

How do we measure other ‘Christian Believers’ do we use our standards for live? How do we look at the non-believing world? Do we want them to hold to our personal or church denominational ‘Christian traditions’ or do we simply love because Christ first loved us?

Mark 7:1 The Pharisees and some of the teachers of the law who had come from Jerusalem gathered around Jesus 2 and saw some of his disciples eating food with hands that were defiled, that is, unwashed. 3 (The Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they give their hands a ceremonial washing, holding to the tradition of the elders. 4 When they come from the marketplace they do not eat unless they wash. And they observe many other traditions,...

Do People Ask?

Dear Loved Ones,

Do we leave people asking questions about us as the asked about Jesus?

Mark 6:1 Jesus left there and went to his hometown, accompanied by his disciples. 2 When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed.

"Where did this man get these things?" they asked. "What's this wisdom that has been given him? What are these remarkable miracles he is performing? 3 Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him..
